Model Cars+ Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Model Cars+, however, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase or if you have changed your mind you can return your item(s). Simply contact us within 14 working days to arrange a return. We can only accept returns that are unopened and unused. so please make sure the items are returned in their original condition.

When returning an item you will be responsible for the return delivery fee. You must get a proof of postage and use a recorded and tracked service for items valued at more than £20.
